For owners and leaders
Better information. Better decisions. More of your week back.
AI set up inside your own account, doing the work you still do yourself: the brief before the day starts, the meeting written up while it still matters, the numbers in front of you before you decide. We start with the job costing you most, prove it over a week of real use, and add the next once the first has earned its place.
Free, twenty minutes. You’ll leave knowing what good looks like.
The most expensive licence is the one you don’t use
A subscription on its own is a search box. Nobody has built anything around you yet. Out of the box it doesn’t know how you decide, who matters on a Monday, or which of the forty things in front of you actually needs you.
Which one you’re on matters less than you’d think
You might be on Claude. You might be paying for ChatGPT, or have Copilot sitting inside Microsoft 365 and never opened. We build on Claude and on ChatGPT, and we start with your week rather than your licence. Claude is where we go deepest, so it’s what we recommend when it fits. When it doesn’t, we say so, and you still leave the walk-through knowing what to do.
You leave with a system, not training notes
One job, working. Not a folder of prompts and good intentions.

Illustrative. Built around how you decide, delivered before you open your inbox.
Start with one. Add the rest when the first one earns it.
Two phases, bought separately. Most people only need the first.
Leader setup
One job, fully worked.
Your account sorted out, your business context captured and approved, and one recurring job running on your real work. Tested, reviewed after a week, checked again at thirty days.
It stands on its own. Plenty of leaders stop here, and that is a finished piece of work rather than a failure.
Leader AI OS
Not software. The same assistant doing three or four jobs instead of one, from one set of rules.
- Meeting prep, with the follow-through that closes it.
- The weekly review, with the decision it feeds.
- Your chase list, kept current without you rebuilding it.
They share one profile and one set of rules, and they arrive in the same place rather than five. We only propose this once the first job is running and you’re still opening it without being reminded.
How it runs
Readiness
Who administers your account, what we're allowed to connect, which device you'll actually use, and how we get in to fix a broken run while you're away. Most setups that fail, fail here, weeks before anyone notices.
Your rules
An interview about how you decide, written up for you to approve. Anything we don't know stays visibly unanswered rather than quietly guessed.
The session
One working block, side by side, remote or in person. We build on a real example you choose and we don't stop until you say the output is right. By the end it's running in your account, not ours.
The week after
You use it for real. We check it every working day, fix what breaks, then sit down at the end of the week and sort preference from defect.
Thirty days
The same questions we asked before we started, asked again. Then you decide whether anything else is worth adding.
Done is a fact, not a feeling
Installed, working once and working every week are three different things, and most setups quietly stop at the first. Before we call yours finished, all five of these have to be true, each with a date against it.
- 01It arrived on schedule five working days running, or you ran it yourself on three real occasions.
- 02A correction you made survives in a conversation started from scratch.
- 03The repair path has been used for real, or tested on purpose.
- 04You approved your own profile, and every question we could not answer is still visibly open.
- 05We took a baseline before we started, so there is something to measure at thirty days.
Start with yourself
The “should we be using AI” conversation is a different one when you can show your own brief arriving every morning. Get your own setup running first. When the team’s turn comes, it is scoped separately, and you will be leading it from experience rather than from a slide.
What we need from you
Short list, and none of it is optional. It is the difference between a setup that runs and one that sits there.
Access that is genuinely approved.
If an IT provider runs your tenant, they join the readiness conversation before we book a date. Sorting this out afterwards is how setups stall for weeks.
One real piece of work.
The meeting you actually need written up. The morning you actually need briefed. A demonstration on invented data proves the software, not the value.
Two hours in one block, then a week of using it.
The session is the short part. The week of real use is where it becomes yours.
Your judgement on anything that matters.
It drafts, you send. Anything factual gets checked against the source before it goes anywhere.
Straight answers to the sharp questions
Does it send things on my behalf?
No. It drafts, you send. Nothing goes out without your approval, and a scheduled run never writes anything you have not already agreed to.
What if I'm on ChatGPT, not Claude?
Then we build on ChatGPT. We work on both, and the walk-through starts with your week rather than your licence.
What happens when it breaks and you are not around?
It will break at some point, usually because a provider changed something. That's why we agree how we get in and fix it before the session rather than after, and why we check it every working day for the first week.
What about client data?
We'll tell you which plan you actually need before you spend anything more, including when the honest answer is a business plan with a proper data agreement.
What if the tools change?
They do, constantly. That's why the setup is built around how you work rather than any single feature, and why the review exists.
Do I need to be technical?
No. That's the point.
What if my time sink isn't email?
Then we build for whatever it is. We start with where your week actually goes, not a fixed script.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee, agreed before anything starts. Ask on the walk-through.
Start with the free walk-through
Twenty minutes, no pressure. We look at your current setup, show you what good looks like, and you decide.
